We designed Sky Photo from the ground up to make the wedding photography experience stress-free for our clients. To begin with, you'll meet with one of our Wedding Counselors. They handle more than just the logistics of where and when. They work with you to understand your vision of your special day and how our photography can capture it. The Wedding Counselor will be with you all the way from initial contact to follow-up and delivery after the wedding.
Since our Wedding Counselors are also well-acquainted with all of our photographers, they'll select the photographer best suited to your style. Then the counselor and photographer will work with you to plan all of the details of your wedding photography coverage.
So there are no surprises, we like to outline the timing of all the steps required to ensure that your wedding photography experience, and the resulting photographs, are flawless.

Reserve Your Date
A 50% refundable reservation deposit secures your date for 15 days. Your reservation deposit will be applied to the total cost of your package.
Share Your Vision with Us
We'll learn about you and your wedding plans so that we can match you with a photographer and help you customize your photography package. We'll help you determine the length of time that will be required to photograph your wedding, the type of album you'll want and the style of photography that will best suit you.
Review Our Recommendation for Your Photographer
30 to 60 days before your wedding, we'll recommend the photographer that we feel is best suited to you.
Check In / Introduction Call
Prior to your wedding, you'll speak with your photographer to review the important details of your day. You'll discuss your vision for the photos, the schedule for your wedding day, and any must-have portraits. You'll also review the location. It's very likely that we've shot at your venue before, so we can be a great help in brainstorming settings for the perfect pictures.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

View Images Online and Design Your Album
Approximately two weeks after your wedding, your images will be posted on a secure site where you can review and choose your favorite photos. Once you've decided on your final photos, Sky's Album Design Team will create a customized album that tells your story just the way you want it.
Ongoing
You'll have an amazing support network with Sky. Your Wedding Counselor will always be on hand to answer any questions. We'll respond to you within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.
Exceptional Photographers
Each Sky photographer is accomplished at capturing the story of your wedding day as it unfolds. Our approach enables us to catch those special, fleeting moments that make your wedding day unique.
We shoot entirely in digital and use top-of-the-line professional equipment. At a minimum every Sky wedding includes two camera bodies, four lenses and two flash units. Digital photography offers several benefits:
- high quality images at lower costs
- faster turnaround times
- unlimited photography
- the ability to view your proofs 14 days after your wedding
- control of your images - you get the negatives
- high resolution digital negatives.
Plus the ability to easily share your images with friends and family by creating unlimited prints or DVDs.
